✈️🔴Shocking video shows American Airlines passenger trying to barge into the cockpit on NY-bound flight

Shocking video captures the moment American Airlines flight attendants physically restrain a female passenger after she tried to barge into the cockpit during a New York-bound flight.

Bizarre footage taken inside the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner shows the woman being knocked to the ground in chaotic scenes at Brazil’s Sao Paulo airport.

In the video, the cockpit door is seen wide open as members of the flight crew struggle to close it.

The woman, a smartly dressed first-class passenger, starts confronting the flight attendant, sparking an argument.

As the pair continues to scuffle, the crew member knocks the woman to the floor before another member of the crew restrains her.

She is then ushered back to her seat in the First Class compartment.

Suddenly, another passenger jumps to his feet and shouts furiously at the woman, prompting cabin crew to step in and calm him down.

The fight was triggered after the woman complained about the late takeoff time, according to local reports.

Both passengers were handed over to police after the jet returned to the boarding gate following the confrontation on American Airlines flight AA950 bound for JFK on April 24, according to local media.

The brawl ended up delaying the flight by over two hours, according to the FlightAware tracking website.

Video of the fight was shared on social media on Tuesday.

It isn’t known if the two passengers were charged.

“On Thursday, 24th April, American Airlines Flight 950, operating from Sao Paulo (GRU) to New York (JFK), returned to the boarding gate prior to departure due to a safety problem on board,” American Airlines said in a statement.

“The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority and we thank everyone for their understanding. The aircraft was received by police officers. The flight took off again at 12:55 a.m. local time. The Conditions of Transportation of American Airlines have been designed to ensure the safety and well-being of all who travel with us, including our customers and employees,” the statement concluded.
